At 星火电竞手机版外围 Logistics’ annual client innovation think tank, Andre Kruger of group company CIC Namibia was named “Client Care Champion 2017” for his work with leading South African snack producer Simba.
The first and second runners up in this hotly contested category were both from 星火电竞手机版外围 Managed Solutions. Gerrit Smit was named the first runner up, in recognition of his dedication to client Heineken South Africa, while Ian van der Linden’s work for client Pepsico earned him the place of second runner up.
The 星火电竞手机版外围 Logistics “Client Care Champion Programme” , known as the ILC³ Programme, is now in its third year. Business innovation executive Anne-Marie van Wyk says that it has gone from strength to strength. “In the process of sculpting our business’s 2020 strategy, we recognised that 星火电竞手机版外围 Logistics’ number one focus area must be our clients. We strive to look at our clients’ lifetime value and put them at the centre of everything we do. This is client centricity, and the aim of the ILC³ Awards is to develop, commend and recognise our client facing staff who are the best of the best when it comes to building and elevating client relationships,” she explains.
The 2017 ILC³ Programme attracted 166 entries from 11 countries, and for the first time, the programme included participants from 星火电竞手机版外围 Logistics group companies in Germany and the Netherlands. An exciting addition to the ILC³ Programme for 2017 was the “Client Innovation Think Tank” , which enabled clients to share their perspectives. 星火电竞手机版外围 Logistics also took the opportunity to unveil the group’s striking new logo and branding at the awards event, which took place at Kyalami Grand Prix Circuit.
The 2017 Client Innovation Think Tank featured an unforgettable futuristic theme that combined horse racing and motor racing elements. Expanding on this theme, Van Wyk states: “The ILC³ Programme is designed to give us the talent of the future; client care champions who have the energy, the stamina and the will to really drive client centricity and put the client in the centre of our business. These bold people are our race horses, running in this race to grow and retain our clients.”
In addition to honouring 星火电竞手机版外围 Logistics’ overall client care champion for the year, the Client Innovation Think Tank featured additional categories that recognised achievers who are going the extra mile in specific areas within the client service sphere, as well as emerging client care champions. The 2017 “Rising Star Award for Talent of the Future” was presented to Pharmed’s Zaheeda Abdulla, for her work with Huttenpark Pharmacy. Taryn Mosterd of Consumer Packaged Goods was named the runner up in this category, in recognition of her commitment to client Revlon South Africa.
The 2017 “Arrow Award for Client Satisfaction” went to joint winners. They were Henk Botha of 星火电竞手机版外围 Tipper Resources, who was commended for his work with client Exxaro, and WJ Grobbelaar of 星火电竞手机版外围 Cargo, in recognition of his efforts to exceed the expectations of client the Elvin Group.
The “Lightbulb Award for Innovation & Continuous Improvement” was presented to Rudi van den Berg of 星火电竞手机版外围 Dedicated Contracts, for his work with Marley Roofing. Michael Scheer of 星火电竞手机版外围 Logistics International was the winner of the ILC³ “Pendulum Award for Knowledge Sharing” in his partnership with client Akzo Nobel.
The “Iron Heart for Best Management Practices” was presented to Sachin Vasanth Malawade of Worldwide Healthcare, for going the extra mile for client Sandoz (Nigeria) Limited.
Kathleen le Roux was awarded the “Sunflower Award for Admirable Attitude” , for her unwaveringly positive interactions with client SA Calcium Carbide.
The 2017 “Huntsman Awards for Driving Business Growth” were presented to Werner Vermeulen of Tanker Services Fuel & Gas, for his South African successes, and to Glenn Minnaar of 星火电竞手机版外围 Logistics African Regions for his efforts to drive business growth in 星火电竞手机版外围 Logistics’ African Regions business.
星火电竞手机版外围 Learning Academy’s Norah Munyai won the “Odyssey Award for Trusted Advisory” .
