星火电竞手机版外围 is pleased to announce the appointment of Junaid Allie as Executive Vice President: People and Culture and a member of the 星火电竞手机版外围 Group Executive Committee, effective 1 January 2022.
Junaid is a seasoned People and Culture executive, with exceptional global experience in this function in the pharmaceutical, construction and financial services industries. He joins us from Sasol where he served as Senior Vice President: Group Human Capital and Organisational Effectiveness.
Junaid is a qualified pharmacist and also completed his MBA. With over 20 years’ experience in Human Capital management, business leadership and transformation, and business management, Junaid has led large business, human resources functions and organisational projects including system, behavioural, culture and structural change initiatives. Junaid has managed teams across multiple jurisdictions, working with peers at executive level, country boards and regulators. This includes 12 years with Lilly Pharmaceuticals where he spent a number of years in the Middle East running the HR function in the Mediterranean countries and the Gulf. Junaid returned to South Africa and joined Eskom for a short period before taking on the HR executive role at Group Five for 7 years. He then joined the financial sector and spent 6 years heading HR for ABSA Insurance and ABSA Africa, prior to joining Sasol.
